Courts are open for eviction in PA?

Anyone can recommend an eviction lawyer or service for Schuylkill County?   How much does it cost for eviction?

Will try to work out with tenants first to see if they will move without court.

It is a month to month lease. We need to let them go to do some house renovation.  Also they have problem paying rent on time.

Can give money for key. But the tenants will stay as long as possible before being homeless.

The tenant was inherited from previous owner.  Now will not buy any house with tenants inside.

All tenants I found myself NEVER have problems.

Just gave them a notice to move out by this month.

Reasons for eviction:   habitual late payment, non payment, lease expiration.

Will start to find a lawyer.

Before you pull out cash, have to talked to the tenant? Give them the honest, direct approach.  Something like” you move on, I do what I need to on the way of upgrades “ and we both part ways and get on with life.

If this doesn’t work, then embrace the legal system.

Our eviction lawyer is a couple hundred bucks, roughly. I always opt to pay my tenants up to one months rent to get out though, just to save time and headache. Its worked out so far.

sometimes, tenants will not move no matter what.

If it's month to month, can't you just not renew their lease? You could also try cash for keys before eviction.
