Looking to connect with an investor-friendly Real Estate Agent

Hello everyone!

I'm a Rhode Island resident, a first-time homebuyer, and am interested in purchasing my first investment property. I'm looking for an investor-friendly real estate agent that would be willing to  join my team and assist me with my first purchase. My target area is Providence, however I'm also considering Warwick and Cranston. Please feel free to reach out if you're interested.
