Hello BP Fam, my name is Ilario, i'm 27 years old,  reside in Providence, Rhode Island, and i am a total beginner in real estate investing. I've been wanting to get into this for quite some time and now i finally took the big leap! I know its a long road ahead of me but i'm willing to learn and do whatever it takes to develop this life changing skill. I recently bought a course specifically for wholesaling and i'm ready to take action asap. 

Also, I would love to connect with local investors , agents, property managers and contractors  because i do believe that networking and building good relationships  is one of the key components of success, in any industry. I am super excited to attend the upcoming RIREG as this will be my first one, so i'm looking to build relationships and learn as much as i can. Hope to see you guys there!
