Good areas in RI for buy/hold
Hi Guys,
I am new to this whole real estate thing. I am looking to get my first deal in RI, I live in Boston so I don't know much about the areas in RI except that its more affordable than Boston :-). I was wondering if anyone could give me an insight into what areas are best to look into? Also if anyone knows a good private lender, that would be helpful. Thanks
