@Anthony Thompson most of my deals/network is in Boston however RI is looking promising in a few sectors primarily STRs in Middletown, College/summer rental combos in Ganset (regulations are tough though) and rehabs/LTRs in parts of Providence

No not particularly just in general, this particular deal opened my eyes that I need to network and have more than 2 equity partners so when good deals come along I can continue to execute

I've been lacking in the networking department since COVID so time to open up the rolodex again and add some names and learn what people are doing in the RI market these days
