Looking for a realtor in Myrtle Beach, SC

Hello - first time on the forum but a big fan of the podcast.  I'm looking to invest in a dupex in Myrtle Beach, SC - I live in Charleston and will be commuting for a year or more so figured I would like in one side and rent the other side.  What is the best place to find a realtor for multifamily properties?
