Buy and Hold in Columbia, SC

I have been listening to BP podcasts for years, but just getting involved in the forums.  I have been investing for over 5 years in Columbia, SC.  I started with my primary house which I house hacked with roommates and a guest house. I also just recently closed on my first duplex.  I am looking to connect with wholesalers and other investors.  I am trying to acquire buy and hold properties and maybe a few flips.
