Fix and Flip lender in Upstate?
Hey all! First post here on BP but long time lurker! We are looking to do our first fix and flip here shortly and have a list of properties we are considering, but the first step is getting financing. Does anyone have recommendations on who to use for a fix and flip loan? Can put down $20-$30,000 and 720+ credit. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it!
