Hello all,
I am a new investor out of Tega Cay SC looking to make my first purchase. I recently graduated and while in school I lived in a family members student rental property while acting as a property manager for the other rentals. I currently work in logistics full time and am looking to potentially house hack and eventually earn cash flow. If anyone in the area would like to grab a coffee or jump on the phone to talk I would love to get some great advice. Also interested in working for someone for FREE for advice and mentorship.
