Tennessee Purchase and Sale agreement

I'm financing the buyer of my property in TN, my first to act as the "bank". I downloaded a P and S Agreement on line for Tennessee. Noticed that it has a copyright for Tennessee Association of Realtor on the bottom page. Is this going to be a problem?
