Would love to run comps or get you more detailed info on certain areas. I focus mainly in Hewitt/ Woodway / McGregor area. Hewitt / Woodway and parts of McGregor are in the Midway ISD, which is highly rated. China Springs is a relatively inexpensive area right now, will most likely continue to see future growth as Waco expands. In between Waco and McGregor, you'll notice house prices increase as Waco companies expand and SpaceX (in McGregor) continues to do well testing rockets in McGregor, more engineers are desiring to live 1/2 way between Waco and McGregor.
