Investor Group complimenting deal analysis
I'm an investor myself looking for deals around Austin. I'm a real estate broker and own a property management company and have 8 years of experience. Currently I own a few rental properties around Austin and I'm looking to get a few people together to analyze deals and create an investment team. The key here is making money on the purchase. We all know if this a hot market but deals are still out there.
