Title/Escrow agent near Sugar Land/Richmond?

Hi BP peeps, as a newbie realtor, although I'm about to do my first deal in the retail spectrum, I figure I may as well start establishing a relationship with a title agent that is well versed in the "subject to" arena. I'm in Mission Bend, any suggestions for this region (Sugar Land/ Richmond)?

I will second Account Closed's suggestion. Get to know local and state laws around "subject-to" or assignment contracts or double closings. Especially as a licensed Realtor. There's a different level of accountability there and you want to make sure you're clear on what is and isn't okay in your locale.

Thanks @Jon Deavers I agree and will add that it also depends on what your particular broker will tolerate as well. Mine requires all my contracts to go through her office and she has an in-house lawyer look over all contracts. So that's a plus really.
