Austin & Dallas on Amazon's Final 20 List for HQ2

Austin and Dallas made the initial cut out of 238. If you've been following the Amazon HQ2 news, this probably isn't surprising. However, it's now definitely time for Texas investors to pay extra attention. From CNBC:

Logistically Texas is down in a deep southern hole compared to other markets that are much closer transportation wise to most of the US population.  but will see..

 As people continue to move south, population density may center Texas and Dallas as well.
