Chinese investing in Texas

Hi All, I currently live as an expat in China and do REI in Texas area. As my portfolio has grown I've started helping others invest in the Texas area. Since I live and do business in China many Chinese have approached me about US REI. I've done some research but am looking for someone who could guide me in understanding the process to help Chinese citizens purchase real estate in the US. My main questions are around how to structure entities, taxes, profit handling, and overall process.

Thanks!

Hi Jason, thanks for posting this. I’m certainly following here. I’m Jamaican, working in China and looking to invest in Texas( also open to other areas). I’ve been doing some research and hoping to take a trip there in the summer. I’m sure this discussion will be super helpful.
