Converting apartments to condominiums
Hello all,
Rookie poster here looking for information on converting apartments to condo's in Dallas Texas. One of our clients recently purchased 20+ stand-alone units in the area perfect for converting to individual condo's. On a scale of "easy-peasy" to "pulling teeth" what is it look to convert in Dallas? Thank you for any advice!
