Second Floor Addition Cost Dallas
Hi,
Wanted to get some rough numbers on how much would it cost to do a second floor addition in a multifamily house. Want to add second floor that will be about 1000 sqft - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom.

What type of build out? Finishes? Appliances/fixture quality? Whos doing plans and drawings? pure GC cost? or individual sub cost?
