It's all a numbers game, you need to figure out about how many cold calls, RVMs, Texts, Bandit signs, etc it takes to get a lead. Create a funnel, 1000 calls, 10 call backs, 2 strong leads, 1 close.

Combination of things. Bandit Signs, Cold calling, Direct mail, RVM, Adwords, Facebook retargeting website visitors.
