Good Real Estate Resources in Laredo Texas

Looking to acquire my first multi-family property in Laredo, Texas and I was hoping that the BiggerPockets community could recommend some good:

1) Real Estate Agents

2) Property Managers

3) Local Banks that are investor friendly

Also do people have a good feeling for what cap rates I can expect on Class C multis?
