We are in Granbury. Just have the one rental at the moment. We are on hold while my wife finishes the nursing program.

Good morning- My wife and I live in Granbury.  Would be interested in meeting up as well!  We're leaving town tomorrow for vacation, but will be back in town Wednesday of next week.

Yes it is. We will be busy this weekend getting it back rent ready but after that it should slow down.

We live in Pecan Plantation and have a rental in Mansfield and an AirBnb in Florida. Would be interested in meeting up and talking.

@Wade Erwin I don't at the moment. What types of properties are you looking for? Feel free to PM if you would like. 

If there is, I don't see them!  Some partners and I recently bought a wholesale deal here from a NW group, which has a fair number of deals from Granbury they send out.  Ours was a good buy, but most prices I see benefit the wholesaler more than the investor IMO.
