Deciphering Code Violations List for San Antonio, Texas

As many of you may or may not be aware, San Antonio, Texas has instituted a new and very innovative open records library. This feature now allows for the research, location and downloading of code violations without having to contact the city, city officials or submitting an open records request.

Would anyone who has recently, in the last year or two, accessed this feature, be able to tell me where I can either find a description/breakdown of the code violations or what codes would I be looking for as a Real Estate Investor to best identify potential vacant properties and/or motivated sellers?
