Hey so when analyzing properties on zillow/realtor, how should I go about and check if rent prices are accurate in the market. I know the usual info of looking around other houses in the neighborhood to get a familiar range but there has to be a more effective way of analyzing a house and seeing more info of what to do to make your numbers work
