I wanted to create this discussion to help new wholesalers know the trials other wholesalers had during there first wholesale deals. I know some people might see all those millionaires on social media rather its on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc and get really interested and excited about how they reached this milestone due to wholesaling homes, but this is not the case. It takes a lot of work and understanding and practice to complete your first wholesale deal.

Can you please share your first deal and how much time you had to put in before reaching your first deal.
