Any advice or suggestions to study and be an expert on your market from out of state.

Not being able to look around neighborhoods and get a feel of the properties inside is kind of challenging.

For example, If I find a house that I think meets my criteria, what should I do next to further understand the ARV, if the property undervalued, checking if rents can be increased, so basically anything that can help make my numbers work
