Someone should do a perma-post (or whatever they call them) on ADU permitted usage.

I think in OR they can be rented out, but Cali no?

Yet I just saw an eMail on guy that pays you to build an ADU on your lot if he gets to rent it out and there is a guy in Portland trying to do the same.
