Conroe, TX Civil Engineering recommendations

Hi everyone! I'm working on a project to build a number of duplexes on a small plot of land in Conroe, TX. I was hoping someone could help out by recommending a civil engineering firm. I'm also interested in any insight anyone can give on how much they would typically pay for services like this.
