First Timer - Zillow

We are putting our house up for rent. When I created my first rental listing on Zillow everything seemed fine and then it just deactivated and went off-market. I have no idea why. I've opened a ticket with Zillow, but their platform seems to be just very buggy.

I would agree...buggy and sometimes just plain difficult to deal with.  They're making some changes to rentals where they are no longer free I think.  Not 100% sure when that goes into effect and I believe it is not all markets.   You may get lucky and get a free one, but then again ...they may well archive it for you for FREE.
