Looking to Invest in Austin, TX

Posted

My Business partner and I are considering investing in multi family homes in Austin Texas. Has anyone lived/done business over there? Any suggestions on locations and inside information about the market there would be very much appriciated.

@Jeremy Torres-Jimenez The question is "who ISN'T" doing business here because everybody is currently trying to invest in Austin. The market is red hot and inventory is at an all-time low. Be prepared for multiple offers and being able to move quickly to score a property you like. The well priced, well-marketed properties will only last a few days. The "off market" arena is low on inventory as well and just as competitive. I'm not here to scare anyone away from Austin, I love it, I just want to be candid about the landscape.
