Texas Real Estate Licenses

Michelle Lopez
Posted

Hello,

I'm new to real estate in general. I passed my NJ license 2 weeks ago but at the moment I'm not sure if I want to live in NJ and start real estate there or move to Texas and start over there. I know some states allow for you to skip the education requirements and let you take the test, is Texas one of those states ?

If not, what are the best schools online for the education requirements?

What city in Texas is the best to start this career path ? Is Texas one of the states that are over populated with agents? I have so many questions and don't know who to ask.

Check with TREC....you probably still need to pass the State part of the exam....

Come to Dallas, lots of agents here, but plenty of opportunity.
