Hi All, Does anyone have any recommendations on a good HELOC provider? I've heard Key Bank is good but wondered if it's really just a interest rate game. Or are some places more liberal with their valuations, etc... Would love to hear your thoughts.

Yep, I did that with MACU as well. Took less than 2 weeks from start to finish.
