Virginia Homeowners Insurance Policy

Hey guys I'm looking for homeowners insurance policy on a condo rental property in VA. Also I'm a newbie so any advice on what kind of policy would help too.

I have still not looked at master HOA policy, but it looks like it covers the exterior and we still need policy to cover the interior. Help needed !!

Can anyone make recommendations?
