Looking to co-wholesale

I'm very new at investing and pretty much am learning as I go along. However, I have 3 contracts signed that I am wholesaling (or at least hoping too) and would like to co-wholesale with an experienced investor that can also help me along the way. I will split profits 50/50. I have properties in Hague, VA, Kinsale, VA, and Locust Grove, VA.
