Probate property in Mineral Virginia
Hi everyone,
My friends mother recently passed away suddenly. She owned a home near the lake in Mineral, VA. My friend is trying to figure out what to do with the home, being as she lives in California. It seems that property values are all over the place in the area. They may be open to a cash offer if there is anyone who buys in that area. They are also considering placing it on the market.
