Looking for an agent to help with HUD property

Hello all,

I am trying to purchase a HUD home. I am not completely familiar with the process but do see that I need an agent who has experience in doing so. Again I am interested in a few in the Richmond area. Any advice about buying from HUD would helpful as well honestly. Seems like a whole different animal than other ways of home purchasing.
