Wholesalers looking for assistance?

Hi everyone,

I'm in the Woodbridge area and am just getting started in wholesaling real estate. I've been attending some local meetups but, wanted to reach out on BP. I'm looking to work with other local wholesalers or even virtual wholesalers that need a pair of boots on the ground.

I’m willing to travel anywhere in the DMV to assist you/your team or take pictures of a property for you.

I want to assist you in doing whatever you need to make your business more efficient and successful.

In return, I earn the opportunity to learn from you and gain valuable experience in the workings of being a wholesaler.

I'll also be in Asheville, NC from Oct 14 - 18th to attend the Wholesaling Inc. Summit, if anyone wants to meetup and talk then.

It's a shame so many approach the challenges of starting out with "Help me", rather than "How can I help you?"

@Nic DeLeon I think it is awesome that your approaching your start by offering assistance.  Many noob’s want to just “pick your brain”. Stay diligent and work on those relationships and it will happen for you. I wish I worked in your market man, you seem like someone who is willing to put in the work!!
