@Uche Njoku, I've worked with Mac Church with Atlanta Coast Mortgage who works out of Fredericksburg. Great guy and I just got a 3% investment loan on a 15 yr. I'm paying higher closing costs but over the term, I am saving compared to the other 2 places i got quotes from. He is worth checking out.
