VA Title Companies (Wholesale Friendly)
What’s up bigger pockets fam! I am getting back into the real estate wholesale game and am in need of some contacts in the Virginia area. I am looking for title companies who are familiar with the assignment process. Also any realtors I can point potential leads to who may want to sell with an agent instead. And if any other wholesalers would like to collaborate I am open to that as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Be blessed my friends.
