Rent Relief Delays in Virginia

I submitted the RMRP application over 2 months ago and still nothing on a years worth of back rent. Anybody else having a similar delay?

We had a tenant apply for the rent relief program in  mid-January, and   we didn't get a check until the end of April.      I believe they will pay months in advance too, so that could be a nice icing on the cake if you have a longer lease.
