Deciding which County is best for wholesaling... Any advice?

Hi,

I am new to BP and am so glad I found it. I am doing a lot of research into Washington State, but am still no closer to finding which County may be a good start to look for wholesaling deals? 

Has anyone done this before? If so where? What went well, what would you have done differently?
