Moved to Bellingham one year ago and would love to meet up with other real estate people - we own several buy-and-hold SFH and two VRBO properties but not in this area. I want to learn more about this market and this town to see what the opportunities are here..would like to branch into multi-family or commercial.

If anyone is interested in meeting up, let's plan a get together..At a local brewery of course!
