Contractor recommendation Seatac

Looking for a contractor to do general repairs and some remodeling. Current project is a small awning that needs to be built in a 55+ mobile home park. Other projects to come. Does anyone have any good luck with any fantastic contractors that show up on time and are professional in the area?
