Newbie in graham wa , trying to find an agent
Hi BP community,.
I’ve decided to start the new year with an old plan I failed to execute last year ,. So I’m very new to this and I’m hoping to find an agent that could show me the ropes and possibly get my feet though the door , I have found a couple properties I want to analyze and I’m kinda stuck there as to where to go after ,.. thanks for your time and happy new year to all ,.

@Dave Skow is correct, you will need to start with a preapproval to know your purchase power.
Any specific area you are interested in?
How about property type? Are you interested in a single-family/house hack/small multi-family/...?
