Hello Everybody,  I'm new to bigger pockets. I've been listening to the podcasts for months now and decided it was time to introduce myself.  My name is Clyde I'm from So Cal.

I currently own a few rental properties but still manage my own.  I'm looking for a suggestions for property managers in the Milwaukee area.  I also wanted to know if thous of you with experience dealing with management companies feel its best to have the property managers be located as close as possible to the rental property?

Clyde what are you looking for in a property manager ?

Property manager would be handling single family residence,

duplexes, and multifamily?

Do you already own property in Milwaukee?

Have you assembly rest of your team for out of state investing?

If no, here some of the member you would need on your

real estate investing team:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lenders that provide financing for out of state investors.
Real Estate agent
Real Estate local attorney
Property manager / operator per the state of Wisconsin
Contractors: plumbers, electricians, painters, handyman, and etc
Access to Google maps
Personal scanner and printer for documents
Googledrive or dropbox for property pics
Access to the city code violations website
Etc
