In my opinion, Jack Medford is a realtor and a wise investor in Madison/Janesville/Beloit area. For Milwaukee, check out @Michael Henry, Premier Point Realty or Mike/Nicole Borowski. Also, if you are looking for apartments and rentals, I think it's always smart to connect with property managers who most are realtors and investors themselves....they are usually the first to know if their client is selling.
