I'm looking to jump into the world REI and would like to know if anyone has recommendations in the Milwaukee Area for GC, RE, and PM?

My goal is to buy my first property a duplex or triplex by April/May time frame.  

My initial areas of interest are specifically Milwaukee and Milwaukee Co.- Harambee, Washington Heights, West Allis, Cudahy, and South Milwaukee.
