Probably a total newbie question: I am seeking to buy a couple of properties around Birmingham but lack tribal knowledge of the area. Does anyone have or know of a resource that grades (A-D) the different neighborhoods.

Thanks for your time in advance

Steve

Hello @Steve Bale. I've lived in Birmingham my entire life and work as a turn key provider. In my opinion the best zip codes for cash flow investment are: 35215 (Center Point), 35023 (Hueytown), 35020 (Bessemer), 35007 (Alabaster), 35214 (Forestdale/Adamsville), 35147 (Chelsea), 35228 (Midfield), 35040 (Calera), 35490 (Vance), 35068 (Fultondale), 35235 (Pinson/Trussville), 35210 (Irondale), 35071 (Gardendale), 35117 (Mt Olive), 35080 (Helena). Those will be mostly A and B neighborhoods.
