Real Estate Investment Groups

I've been apart of REITS for several years as well as a silent partner in commercial/SFH, but now I've decided to start my own company and be hands on and get into flip & hold in Birmingham. I've owned a construction company for the past 15 years and I've been in property management for 16 years so I feel as if I have quite the knowledge to get started.... My question is are there any Real Estate Investment Groups that anyone can recommend in Birmingham? Thanks in advance 😃
