How bad are Vacancy Rate Issues in Birmingham?
Hey y'all! My name is Jared Sluss and am new to the BP forum. I am trying to see how "bad" vacancy rate issues are and how big of a need this is for landlords or investors in Birmingham. I also am still learning how to meet more landlords as there is no BP group in Birmingham so any advice on this would be helpful!
