Hey all, I am fairly new to real estate investing but have stumbled upon quite a lucrative first deal. I have been fortunate to partner up with a long time developer in the Birmingham, AL area. Our project involves new development, rezoning, covenants to be removed. We would love to get more involved within Birminhgam and get connected to others willing to partner and learn about what they are investing in.
