Hi, I am looking for suggestions in the Birmingham/Calera Area for property management companies that I can grow with. Someone who is hands on and responsive would be really helpful! Any inputs on the same would also be appreciated!

Account Closed I just met with Mark Byers this week to manage my property in Pleasant Grove. He is nice, knows what he is doing and I am looking forward to seeing how he manages my rehab. I will check back in on this thread after the rehab is done but I trust he will get the job done right!

@Prasanth Sekar I'm still looking for the perfect manager myself.  But I can tell you stay away from Decas group at any cost.  Horrible experience with them. All they care about is the commission

If your property is multifamily in the Southside or Downtown area of Birmingham, I would go with SVN/Kahn Properties. They run a tight ship. If you are looking in the suburbs, I'm afraid I don't know any good ones that aren't big out of state firms.
